Very nice 2 bed/2 bath unit for no charge! :) Only pay closing costs.

Polynesian Isles resort in Kissimmee, FL phase I

52 week floating week -- deeded-- check in FRI or SAT or SUN. Annual use.

Very flexible. Resort is top notch. Staff is super. No longer needed as we have purchased house in the area.

Easy access to all Orlando attractions as well as Gulf beaches and Space Coast.

FREE UNIT. Yes that's right....no charge at all other than closing costs and resort transfer fees. 52 week floating...first use beginning JAN. 2015. Week used in 2014 already. We have deed with closing company in Orlando ready to process.

Trades well with either RCI or II. Also rents well. Rented the past 2 years over 4th of July....happy vacation renters! :)

A nice safe up to date family oriented resort in a great location. :hi:

Don't miss this Orlando/Kissimmee "gem" .... no charge...FREE to someone for closing fees only. Trades well.

Deal fell through at end of closing. Dishonest buyer. Unit now available again. Very good unit at no charge other than you pay closing costs. Don't miss this great Orlando unit.

The fees for maintenance, reserves, property taxes, and insurance were $1015.00 in 2014. We found them in line with other resorts we own weeks at of this size of unit and quality level. The fees for 2014 were paid and the week was used of the 4th of July prime week. The 2015 fees will be out at the end of this year and the first use is beginning in week #1 of 2015 and beyond.

It is a deeded week that has maximum flexibility as it floats all 52 weeks of a year and can begin with check in on either FRI or SAT or SUN depending on how you make the reservation. The reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance and changed to another week at no fee if needed.

We always booked about 6 months out and never had a problem getting prime weeks.

The unit is very large in size and very well kept. The kitchens are very well equipped with good quality utensils, etc. We traded into this resort from other resorts many times if possible also as well as owning this week.

2015 fees will be $ 1,020.56 per information received from resort management so a negligible increase from 2014.

SFX will also accept high value trade weeks. I always reserved Easter week and received a bonus week (or two) when I deposited it with SFX.

Have you checked the TPU's this unit gets?
Week 52 should get a lot of TPU points.
Would be good to let a new owner know that info.

It is not a fixed week 52.

It is a floating week that is valid any and all of 52 weeks of the year.

It also has maximum flex in that you can book it for FRI or SAT or SUN check in.

The reservation can be made 1 year in advance and prime weeks are available easily if planning ahead. The amount of trading power is thus dependent on the week that is booked and the time in advance the trade would be made.

Again, this is not a week 52 fixed unit....it floats all 52 weeks of the year.

Sorry for any confusion in write up and title.....this week is floating and not fixed. You can make a reservation for any week of the year up to one year in advance.
