Timeshare Rental Management Software?

I have been on the hunt looking for some type of database type software that can be used to keep track of a timeshare rental business.

I would fully expect the big "mega-renter" types to have something to keep track of their business. What's available to rent. What still needs to be booked/reserved. How many points or week you have available. Etc etc.....

Anyone have any suggestions of where I could look to find such a product? MY google searches have come up with software for the timeshare company itself, like the front-desk or manager type stuff. Nothing for a timeshare rental business. That have found anyway.

Looking forward to hearing how people track their own business! Thanks

I use an Excel spreadsheet to track mine. It seems to work fine.

Thanks for the reply!

I do as well but as I grow it has become a little more labor intense. Just wondering if anyone has invented software for purchase that would do the trick in a little better and easier manner that could be accessed from the cloud while I am on vacation.

Thanks for the tip Denise!

Still hoping one of these mega-renter types may have a suggestion on how they deal with millions of points and over a hundred weeks worth of rentals.

Various versions of Quicken and QuickBooks support rentals, although I'm not sure they'd be easy to use with a timeshare week. You can always google 'hotel motel software' too - they deal with room rentals :)

Great idea! Thank you bjones! I will give they a strong Google after I get home from work much later.
