Has anyone worked with broker Seth Noch before? (Disclosure: in the past I worked with one of his associates Sam Rodriguez who I think is a stand up guy as brokers go). Recently, I had put a week for sell and I was provided a very favorable price for it. After a few email exchanges he asked for the week/unit #; so I provided it . After I provided the resort week info etc I have not heard from him in the past 10 days or so.

I recognize that he may be trying to "flip it" for the commission, but I have not seen my type of posting with his commission price on top of it. Any advice (barring just moving on without him or contacting Sam R.)?

If you are not under contract with him, I'd consider it no more than a casual inquiry, and move on.

I am working with Seth Nock on a purchase now. The purchase should be completed in the next few weeks. Seth has been responsive and helpful so far. At this point I would recommend him.
He may be very busy. I would send him a follow up email and touch base with him. Give him the benefit of the doubt before you start over with someone else :)

Hi Elvis,
Your email went into my spam box. I am glad you reached Sam on the phone. The sale will be moving forward and rushed.
Thanks,
Seth

I've not worked with Seth personally but have interacted with him on a number of occasions and he is considered very credible on TUG (and I agree with this).

I see his previous note just posted, and I hope it progresses smoothly from here.

Best,

Greg

Seth Nock is a well respected timeshare reseller. Well known and in the business for a long time.

I would buy from him anytime (and twice on Sunday).

This is not pointed at this particular broker as I have no clue who he is, but in general it is often suggested you research any broker you choose to do business with (on state licensing website and BBB) for complaints before deciding to go with them and also get references.

I have worked with Seth Nock and would not hesitate to work with him again. I am always watching for DVC Points, and he is the guy I trust.
