Has anyone done business with this outfit? It's run by a tugger named Michael Simmers, twgmanagement.com. He answered my For Sale Ad on tug Timeshare Marketplace. It sounds like a good deal if one has to get rid of a timeshare, due to non-use.

Michael Simmers is NOT a TUG member - in fact he's been banned from TUG.

Why would you pay that much upfront?

Did you check out that website to see what their procedure is? It's pretty honest about how dishonest they are.

Simply put, they transfer the timeshare into a shell company and let that company default on the maintenance fees so that it goes into foreclosure.

You can do that yourself for nothing (not that I'm recommending that).

Try the free giveaway method on TUG.
