If you need to get out of your timeshare I can get it done and fast! I'm not some big company its just me. I deed the property's to myself and liqudate them too! I cover closing and do all paperwork. You pay a flat fee of $500 and any resort transfer fee if any, most are $75. No payment is due until you mail me the completed new deed for me to file. Some of these liquidation company's charge thousands of dollar's with no guarantee of success. I get it done in a few weeks. Maintenance Fees are coming due get out fast now, thanks, Kevin [phone number redacted]"

Curious as to what you are giving away? You can give it away here on TUG. I don't see that you tried that route yet. Could be a lot cheaper.

Don't fall for any promise to rid you of your timeshare for any amount of money. This could be a scam.

My BOLD highlighted parts illustrate a BIG PROBLEM!

YOU think that my signing the deed and paying him the $$$, that YOU no longer own the timeshare property.

WRONG! The deed must be record with the county government AND the resort must be sent the NEW RECORDED DEED along with the transfer papers. And the resort can choose NOT to acknowledge the new owner for various reasons also.

If you want to GIVE someone $550, please send it my way. At least then, you know you still own a timeshare before the late payments fee hit.

I can't help you with that question but I'm curious why you paid to put the ad on RedWeek when you can place ads in the TUG marketplace for free and you can list your freebie here in the forums in the "bargain deals" forum.

Put everything you know about your resort in the ads and find out if they allow day use, this is a big plus for some potential buyers.
