Free one bedroom unit at lovely Lagonita Lodge in Big Bear.

This is a BearHill Unit, 1 bedroom/1 bath usage is RED and floating.

2016 maintenance fees and taxes have been paid, new owner usage can start in 2017, 2017 week has not been reserved so you can plan your vacation right away.

This resort is dual affiliated in RCI and II.

We will pay the 2017 maintenance fees and all closing costs!

Is this annual usage?
What does red usage mean?

The MF = $610 a year
Taxes = under $50 a year
Red = prime season
All seasons and dates can be reserved starting 13 months before the date you are looking to book. So at the moment you could book July 2017 and before.

Thanks. So the floating season is the entire year? Are there any weeks blacked out?

No blackouts. Entire year available, we have never had issues getting week we want. July 4th seems to be most popular for that week you definitely need to call the 13 months before.

The unit is in the back. Not on the lake.
Queen sized bed in masterbedroom and also on the sofa.

Very tempting - we stayed at Lagonita Lodge for a couple of nights some years ago and had a great time!

They had quite a bit of inexpensive resort activities (pancake breakfast, wine and cheese reception etc.) and everyone was very nice.
