Most Recent Maintenance Fee (2016 paid): $765 - Next maintenance fee will be due Jan 1, 2017.
Transfer fee: $175 - Paid by buyer
Closing: Paid by buyer

Awesome RCI trader! 2017 summer usage has been deposited for maximum TPUs. Total of 63 TPUs will be transferred into the new owners RCI account.

Last year we used 42TPUs to stay at 1BR Animal Kingdom at Disney Savannah View. Our cost for the week using this ownership:

TPU: 42*$12 = $504
RCI exchange rate = $199
Disney Resort Fee = $95

Total was $798 for the week in a DVC Savannah view room! :cheer:

Traveling less due to the kids being on a school calendar now so downsizing.

Just curious ... what does $42 * 12 represent on TPU line?

Assume it's fully paid.

The maintenance fee is $840 January 1st for the 3 bedrooms, but they are lockoffs and do get great trading power when locked off into two separate units and reserved weeks 24-32 for deposit.

$765 maint fee divided by 63 tpu received equals $12 per tpu. So the cost example of making a 42 tpu reservation was given, I think the $ was misplaced, should have been on the 12.

The trading power for 2017 is 60 TPU, depositing each side of the lockoff separately, week 24-32. The fee is $840 for 2017. I just got my MF bill.

SmithOP is correct. I did misplace the $. :) The Disney week was 42TPUs and our cost was $12 per TPU with this ownership. The deed is fully paid for. We have managed to grab a DVC week a year with this for the last 5 years and have another week booked at AKV next Feb. :D:D

With Cindy's new MF it would be $870/63 = $14/TPU. :)
