Hi All!

I took a look at January first week in Orlando 1/1/2017 to 1/8/2017. I need to be in Orlando from Wednesday 1/4 to 1/8 and there is NOTHING?..is this correct? :wall: its 7 months to January.

I am trying to book with my 2016 points.( or 2017 points )

Am I doing something wrong? or there is nothing available?

thanks

Popular week apparently, I see the same thing, no availability. 9 months advance is best for club season reservations of popular weeks.

That looks wrong to me. They have availability everywhere, for all types of rooms the week before, and the week after, but nothing at all that week? Either Hilton is keeping all that inventory for rental through Hilton.com or the loading of the weeks didn't work right. It is the same in both Classic and Revolution, I didn't check the new system. I'd call them and ask.

I did find out this year we have week 53!... meaning is platinum season until the 1/6.

I didn't know that....still how is possible HGVC has nothing in 3 resorts when wyndham bonnet creek and DVC has rooms? very mysterious:ponder:

Put in an ongoing search with RCi and check the Hilton site every day. You can probably still get it, but you'll have to work at it.

Yes, but you'll use less HGVC points. 3400 for a one bedroom and 4800 for a 2 bedroom. That's significantly less than how many you need if booking Platinum season in HGVC. If you book Tuscany Village via HGVC, you'll use 4800 points for a one bedroom and 7000 points for a 2 bedroom.

Did you call in to the reservation center? I think jestme is right, they made a mistake and didnt load week 53 into the system.

1/4/17 - 1/8/17 is the WDW Marathon weekend. For reasons that escape me this is a very popular time at WDW.

Cheers.
