Kings Land phase 3 opening June 1st

HGVC King's Land 2BR Premier 23.040K Points.
I just checked in and asked about phase 3. Should be plenty of availability with these additional units, book up now. Phase 3 is mixed high and low point values. There is a pool over there, it appears to be similar to the pool near building 3 in phase 1, I'll have a reconnoiter later.

Wow, looking forward to hearing more about it. Seems like they were just starting over there.. If only they could build Maui that fast...

Glad they included a pool there, I am curious how they have mixed the high and low point units in the same building..

The official Hawaiian blessing of the buildings was today, lots of locals and officials over there, they wouldnt let me get close.

When I was there three weeks ago, they were bringing all of the furnishings in.

We are headed there early September - we have a 2BR Premier booked. I was told today that we will either be in Phase I or Phase III, she said Phase II has no Premium rooms (odd) - and that the new pool is open.

I don't see how anyone would want to stay in Phase 3 unless the points are cheaper than Phases 1 or 2. I'm saying that for 1 reason - it's a hike to the restaurant and main pool area.

They should have someone in a courtesy golf cart make laps in the resort especially with phase 3 opening. However, I'm not sure what will be safer, walking or a golf cart with the opening of the loop.
