On the Marriott site there used to be a link for online chat support which I really liked. I'm on the site now but don't see it even though it's about 10am on a Wednesday, definitely in their open hours. There is a "Click to talk" link but it opens a popup where you fill in your phone number for them to call you. Has this replaced the old chat system? Has anyone used chat support recently?
