Final step on the transfer

i'd like to thank every TUG member that helped me buying my first HGVC
i am on my final step now... the deed is recorded and the documents mailed and received by hgvc on dec 1st , and they told me it can take up to 14 business days...
my question is how much will i pay after the transfer is completed? and will it different if its done before 2015?
knowing that the seller already paid 2015 fees so am getting 2015 free use

Would think that you should be all paid up till 2016 dues and maintenace fee, but hgvc may hit you with 2015 club dues $85? As you are a new member but as far as next fees it should be when you make reservation, rci exchange

Have a nice trip and start looking now for your next purchase as point seem to go fast and bet you will blow thru 2 years of point before next xmas

The 85$ must be an old membership fee. In 2014 it was 136$ and 170$ for us international members. I believe both have gone up for 2015.
