That was a good half time show. But, THiS halftime show this past season by the Ohio State University Marching Buckeyes went viral. When a person who videotaped it, word got out, and the video shot high in rankings. In response, OSU put out their HD version (they rarely do). Basically, it's a tribute to classic video games. When they say "game over", you can end it, the rest is a tribute to 100 years of Ohio State athletics.

Appeared to be a Coast Guard Boat but was (to you) upside down for benefit of the audience in the opposite side stands.

That's kind of what I thought, but it seemed to be the least successful formation.
