Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card

Several months ago I obtained the HAL Mastercard from Barclay's bank. One of the perks was one free checked bag. I'll be making a reservation soon and was hoping someone has already used this perk and can provide info on how you go about taking advantage of this. I called Barkley's and they couldn't help. I have also gone to HAL website and was unable find help for this. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

I don't know about this credit card, but for others, you have to make and pay for the reservation with the credit card and have the card with you when you check in the bag so you can show it if asked.
