This is not a time share but it is Vacation related.

Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone used this?

$200 to join, $55 per month and cheap vacations
plus you get points if you refer others?

That looks like $860 per year for the opportunity to make reservations? Sorry - not impressed. You can rent cheap vacations on II and RCI for a far lower membership fee.
