Zagat's 12 hottest restaurants in Hawaii

I'm going in November and this list is making me hungry. Any Tugger experiences would be great to hear so I can prioritize these.

Looks like all of these are in Honolulu, or at least Oahu. If you are going to another island(s) you might consider another list. Lists of somebody else's favorites have little correlation to your food tastes.

Part of the fun of traveling is finding local eating favorites. Maybe they are run by known chefs, and maybe the kitchen is overseen by somebody's mom, who happens to be imaginative and have access to great local food in season.

Where will you be staying?

Interesting that all of the ones on Maui are at the same resort.

Will have 2 days in Maui then a week at Ko Olina

If you will be in Kaanapali, both The Lahaina Grill and Gerard's are my pick for the top 2 restaurants. 2 new places I would recommend are Sale Pepe and Sugar Cane.
