Smoketree Lodge - free!

I've own a studio timeshare at Smoketree Lodge in Boone, NC for about 16yrs. I've loved it and my family used it for many years. It's the fourth week of the year (red week) - perfect for snowskiing or being in the mountains in the winter. However, a bum-knee & work schedule has kept me home for the past years. If anyone is interested in owning this, I will give it to them. Believe it or not, I paid only $325 when I bought it and I am not looking to make anything off of it. It's paid in full except for yearly maintenance fees of $425.00. This is great for a young couple wanting to have a winter vacation place.

I am also a owner here. We just visited for the fourth of July and I was happy that the Legacy Resort still has the feel of a Lodge. The people and staff are always so helpful. This Resort has the simple quiet feel of sitting in the beautiful Grandfather Mountains. Smoketree Lodge sits facing the Grand Father Mountains. It is located in Banner Elk and Blowing Rock is 10 miles away.
They have some of the most beautiful fireworks displays at Tweetsie ,Beech Mtn and Sugar Mtn I have seen in a long time.
