We have a 2 bedroom lockoff villa, even year float, silver season, at the Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage, CA that we are offering for free.

[The MF is $971 (I think it will be about $130 less to the new owner, due to no VSE membership fee)]

[The owner will pay the transfer fees.]

I loved this resort. Marriott couldn't have anything better than the Westin. I was going to stay at Marriott Desert Springs and then re-traded to the Westin, and I am so glad I did. The bed alone was heavenly. I know it's their brand name, but geez, so comfortable. Loved our stay there in early December.

The sales presentation there was ridiculously stupid.
