Making my first foray into renting my timeshare.

Where do you all get photos for your listings - can I just cut/paste from the resorts website?

Also, same question about text like amenities, etc.

I mean there's only so many ways to write a paragraph about "Why rent a timeshare?"

Thanks,
Mike

WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
Some people use their own personal pictures and write the text, and some "borrow," it from the internet.

Renters want specific details about the amenities of the unit and resort - not so much "why rent a timeshare."

I steal from the internet ,,,sometimes from the resorts photos, sometimes from other ads.

and I refer to Tripadvisor where a potential renter can see lots of photos and reviews

I take my own photos ... with the date stamp readable ... I want people to KNOW that is what the unit looks like ... and I have filed PHOTO stealing complaints to Redweek for people who BORROW my pretty pictures!

I figure if someone is going to send me $$$$ for a rental I should show them I have been there; been there recently; the unit will look (almost) like my photos ... visiting the resorts and having the staff KNOW me is PRICELESS when my guests are "unhappy" ... flooding from upper floors do not make guests happy.

note that when posting an ad on TUG, the photos are provided automatically from the resort database.
