Consider constructing a listing in this forum. You'll see the basic template, Resort, week, size, MF amount, when the RTU expires, price, who pays for the transfer. Make your ad attractive. Show pictures, or at minimum, links to the resort's website.

Now that you've expressed a desire to market it, you'll likely get offers from entities who'll sell it for a price. DO NOT pay anyone an upfront fee- except possibly $50 marketing fee- to sell your timeshare.
