I was gifted a Wyndham timeshare free of any debt. Who is a reputable company that can help me with getting the deed in my name?

It's not difficult to do yourself, is it deeded or just points? If points just call Wyndham.

For deeds, The basics are get a quick claim deed fill it. Out get it notarized and mail to the county recorder where the deed is recorded, then send to Wyndham.
You will need the recorders fee and $299 for Wyndham.
If you are a direct relative, check to see if you qualify for tribute, you may not have to pay the $299

Wyndham points are still based on a deed. Only Club Wyndham Access are not deeded and can be handled by Wyndham alone.

It's not difficult but for how little LT charges it is well worth it just to avoid the hassle of communication and miscommunication. I have done plenty on my own but these days I usually just pass it to LT.
