Has anyone had experience with them as re-sellers on ebay? We purchased a Marriott timeshare resale unit from them, and are having a devil of a time getting feedback/information about the closing process. Starting to get worried, here.

What did you buy? They only have 5 feedbacks as a seller in their entire ebay history although all 5 is in the last 6 months. This seller doesn't have much experience.

Are you the one that left the feedback on the Marriott in March?

Did you pay this seller directly or are you using a closing company and real escrow?

No, I haven't left any feedback yet. Got in touch with the closing company that they use today, and they actually had my file and told me where things are in the process. I feel better about the transfer, now. I'll definitely post when this wraps up. Thanks for your feedback!

I also am in the middle of a deal with them as we speak. They have been in the business for years, but working for someone else. They have just recently gone on their own. So far I am happy with their communication, openness and progress. Only time will tell for sure.

Both weeks closed without a problem. I would highly recommend them!

Our week just closed, as well. I guess my worries were unfounded!

I did feel that there could have been more communication along the way, however. Perhaps that would have eliminated the doubts as the process unfolded.

The more weeks you buy, the more comfortable you get with little communication. That Is pretty typical in the industry.
