 Have TS in Tex and 1 in Branson Mo. Brother/wife dead. No one can use until sold or transferred. Cannot settle estate immediately. Asked for contract copy says must pay MF or Dues and no replies. As written do I have to pay MF and Dues until sold. Bob Cockreham

The MFs legally attach to the timeshare. That means they must be paid and they will continue to accrue as a liability of the estate until the timeshare is transferred or sold to someone else. If unpaid when sold, the new owner will have to bring the MFs up to date in order to use the timeshare.
