If this has been discussed previously please send me in the right direction.

What is the cost for someone who owns at a Bluegreen resort to convert to points?

Thanks in advance for all information.

Cindy,

Bluegreen used to have a fixed week conversion program a few years ago. It was between $1995 to $2295 to convert. For a 2 month period at the end of 2005, they offered a $295 conversion program.

Now, the preferred method for converting points is to trade in your fixed weeks for the points equivalent for those weeks and then buy at one of the resorts between 3k and 7k points at retail to upgrade them.

For most, it's cheaper to simply buy points that are already points and just sell the fixed weeks.
