You're right. It's red time and trades well for golfers and tennis players or families who want cooler weather and fewer crowds at restaurants. It is a 3BR,2B, no lock-out, trades with both RCI and II. Racquet Club is part of the Saturday Villas and is managed by The Resale Company, phone (843) 785-3070. Lists in both RCI and II as Sea Pines Plantation.

The first TS I owned on HHI were two Raquet Club Weeks; older, but nice large units; great location; on bike path; close to Harbour Town and not far from beach. The price is right. I paid (and sold) mine for $6,500 about 20 years ago.

As far as Racquet Club facilities (pool and tennis court), they are free to use any time. As far as golf courses in Sea Pines, tee times and fees are required. I'm not sure about the Sea Pines tennis complex (where tournaments are held), they may be free, possibly with pre-registrations or reservations of court time. I've never had occasions to use them, since we had our own court. We were golfers, so that was our first priority.
