Timeshare Resales Hawaii?

They have several brick/mortar locations on the Big Island, Maui and Kaua'i, which I think is an advantage. We are looking to sell our unit at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas.

I've read a few positive pieces of feedback on TUG about them but they were a little dated. Anyone work with them in 2014? Good? Bad? Any specific staff referrals?

DRI: The Point at Poipu, 3 deeded weeks, 1 of which is in The Club.
I stop by their office every time we stay in Poipu or Ka'anapali . They're good people. I attempted to buy from them several years ago, but the resort ended up buying it back because of some problems with the deed. I've made some offers in the past year, but the owners didn't accept them. TRH has always handed things professionally. The only downside is that they still like doing things the old school way, with escrow, title insurance, etc, which leads to higher but not unreasonable closing costs. If you're selling in Ka'anapali, talk to Wally Akuna. I enjoy his monthly newsletters.
