So someone has added (construction) to my title but I am not so much interested in the construction itself as trying to work out which section to request!!!
Hi , has anyone been to SVV recently, can you tell me if the new phase has started and what section if is closer too, also does anyone have any idea what the latest blocks to be upgraded are ? Just getting ready to do diamond lane and put in some requests and looking to get the heads up before I do Thank you xxx

Hi! Construction on the newest phase has not started, it has been put on hold. The newest built phase is St. Augustine which has also been recently refurbished. Those villas are nice and have St. Augustine's large pirate ship pool and a bar. I like the Key West phase personally...it's a bit older, but units are still very modern (refurbished a few years ago). It has its own pool and rec center, and it is in the back of the resort so it is very quiet/uncrowded.

Thank you, we have stayed in the villages quite a few times but haven't been able to get in the last three years so not up to date with what's what just now, we like the key west as well but I've read lots of good reports about St Augustine's but don't want to be stuck next to construction for three weeks , I thought I read somewhere that the new phase was getting started this year maybe I've missed an update! Xxx

You are correct about the new phase, South Beach...it was supposed to be in full swing by this point! But that project has been postponed until further notice.
