I recently purchased a Marriott's Grande Vista annual platinum on ebay listed by Craig Washburn of 52shares Inc. (52shares.com). Closing was handled by Vequity Transfers LLC. It turned out to be a smooth transaction, here's the timeline:

March 25
Ebay purchase. Craig called that afternoon to introduce himself and confirm the purchase.

March 29
Contract and Estoppel emailed to me.

April 8
My payment arrives at Vequity Transfers, and the closing begins

April 22
Unit passes Marriott's ROFR

April 23
Settlement papers signed and all paperwork is sent to Marriott via Vequity

May 2
Confirmation of completion

Craig Washburn was very pleasant and easy to deal with, as were the rest of the team at 52shares Inc who I came in contact with. Vequity Transfers was also excellent to deal with, and they had a very convenient online system that notifies customers by email or SMS whenever there's an update to the status of the transfer.

It was a relatively painless transaction, and based on my experience I would recommend both parties.

Post appears to be a shill. Note the registration date of 3/15/13 of Chrispee. Anyone else dealt with Vequity Transfers?

Chrispee registered a year ago, 2013, and she is a TUG member with nearly 400 posts.

You on the other hand, are a guest, with 21 posts...

And based on your email address "scoccermom" you aren't a "mom" at all...

Why would you pose as a woman, and spell soccer wrong?
