# of balconies for 3 bedroom Bay Vista Villas in St John

I've heard some 3 bedroom villas have 2 balconies and some have 3.
Any idea which ones have which?
Also, are the insides of the villa, kitchen and living rooms of these 3 bedrooms dark? Looks like their are no windows in the living areas?

Good question, sadly I don't know the answer. But I'm bumping this thread to the top where hopefully someone who knows will see it.

There are 2 and 3 balcony - the layouts vary a bit. I am not exactly sure where they are, but I have noted on my reservation requests for 3 balcony. The Third Bedroom is in the back and easier to keep dark. The King Bed rooms are in the front - one with full bath and tub and one with shower (larger room). I loved the layout of the three balcony -- lots of light in the main areas and rooms.

EBay just ended a 3 bedroom Bay Vista. No bids. Will likely get relisted. What are the pros and cons of this unit. It is a fixed week.

The auction states that it is a fixed week (43) - that is a weird week to fix (end of October is low season) - BUT the eBay seller is CJ. I do not trust anything about CJ. He continues to try and sell a so-called Westin Dawn Beach as a Westin resort (which it is not) - I even sent an eBay question about this (of course, no response...)

A downside - if it is truly a fixed week - and does not come with SOs - then be prepared to only use that week (perhaps why the auction price is so low - and it is CJ)

Even if not fixed, IMO still pricey since you can likely rent in October for <MF.

FYI - the MFfir 3br is ~$2500.

PS we own a 3br and got a 2 balcony unit. Third bedroom was near the front door. Didn't matrer to us. Really nice either way!!
