I'm trying to figure out the reservation system. I have points left over for this year and was trying to book something next year. I see SVC Vino Bello is an associate property, does this impact reservations or is it just a popular location (Napa). I continue to get the message "nothing came up in your search, consider broadening your search" message.

Any tips or advice is appreciated.

I will call customer service tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone has experience.

Limited availability. You can try doing a search for "first available" to see when there is actually open units available there.

EDIT: Just checked using the "first available" and there is no availability. I had checked this location before and found availability. But either way, availability here is going to be very limited.

Are you only searching for Vino Bello?
When the SVC units came online earlier this year. Vino Bello was completely sold out in a few days. There is nothing available at Vino Bello now. I am a little confused by your post. If you have left over regular points this year. You have to use them this use year. If your use year is Jan-Dec, then this years points must be used to book a reservation that starts before December 31st.

Hi Mark, I was making two statements: trying to figure out the system to use up 2014 points and trying to book Vino Bello for 2015 using 2015, but trying to figure out the system. Thanks for the insight on Vino Bello (I should have known it would be sold out).

I think Vino Bello is just a dangling carrot. I have a 12 month booking window there (through Shell) and it is full most of the time that it wouldn't be rainy up there. And that is with me having access to the majority of the units. Wyndham owners only have access to a few.

Would posting on the San Francisco Craiglist be the right one for this resort or does Napa have their own?

Wyndham gets a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom for each week starting on Friday.
