Just to clarify - Key West is the phase within the Sheraton Vistana Villages resort, in Orlando.

And it is no longer Starwood - it is Vistana.

But just to be confusing, Vistana does still call them Staroptions.

All of the former Starwood resorts (Westin, Sheraton, Harborside, et al) are now managed by Vistana.

The entire Starwood timeshare management branch was bought out by ILG (Interval Leisure Group) - the parent company of Interval, and they are calling it Vistana Signature Experiences, commonly shortened to VSE on TUG.

Can these be banked to give 67k points in 2019? I own Sheraton but not points.

You would get Staroptions - not points (Starpoints are hotel points.)

The Staroptions can be banked, and are good for 2 years, so banked 2017 Staroptions are good until the end of 2019.

You would get 37,000 Staroptions in 2017, and 37,000 Staroptions in 2019, which can be combined. (I'm basing this on the OP's numbers - I haven't confirmed the number of Staroptions myself.)
