At the end of August 2006 this is the pricing we recieved
(we were on site at HBside for the presentation)

Purchase Price of Real Property:
$24,915.00

Purchase Price of Time Sharing Interval
$20,385.00

Total Interval Price:
45,300.00

Closing Costs
$1,923.46

Total Cost
$47,223.46 :bawl:

MF about under $1900 per year

Finacning at 14.9% for 120 Months (Monthly payments $683.09)

No, didn't get 1BR or 2BR or 3BR or 1BR Premium.

They did "jot" the prices down on a brochure for the1BR LO and 1BR Premium LO's. I'll see if I can find them in our scribbled notes.
