I am considering purchasing a HGVC-Sea World, 2 bd GOLD, EOY for $5,000.
Good deal?????? Maint/taxes approx $650.eoy

I seen that most gold season sell for about $1.50 /pt, so buying 5000 EOY points for $5,000, means your paying about $2.00/pt. Too much per point.

Suggest contacting Seth Nock for help/advice/purchase of HGVC. Very helpful and honest pricing...

Recently purchased 3500 points every year for $3200 through Seth... Comes out to about $1.09 per point...
