Has anyone used a company call TIMESHARE VACATIONS website: www.timesharerentalsandsales.com for purchasing a timeshare. I would like to know your experience.

Are you buying a timeshare or selling a timeshare?

Their web site does mention TUG and LT Transfers.
Sale inventory is limited and would need to research prices here, e-bay, craigslist, Red Week, etc. to find "going" price.
No big red flags!
If price is right and can escrow money with company of your choice probably OK!

For the OP: Egret1986 is stating that this is her webpage, and since she's a long-time Tugger, that makes it pretty darn safe!

I would suggest still using the usual precautions even when dealing with a long time Tugger.
This is nothing against Egret1986 who may be the most honest and honorable person in the world but not all users of TUG fit that category necessarily.
I would expect someone doing business with me to take the same steps.

For what it's worth...
We are new to the timeshare world as of 2015. Unfortunately I found Redweek after our purchase directly from developer. We responded to a for sale ad that ended up being a property listed by Egret1986 (I did not know her by her TUG handle at that time). After I explained what a rookie I was, she recommended we join TUG (we didn't even know TUG existed before her recommendation) and was very helpful providing us information via email even though we didn't end up buying her Redweek listing.
Not long after we joined TUG we responded to a Bargain ad for a timeshare represented by Egret1986. It was only after our first communication that I realized this was the same person that helped me when I responded to their Redweek ad. We did end up purchasing that property from her.
I just want to say that dealing with Egret1986 was one of the easiest experiences ever. I would highly recommend using her for any rentals or purchases as she seems to have built quite a collection of prime weeks at some of the best timeshare properties in VB or NC.
That is purely my opinion based on my own experience, but I do feel compelled to share since she was so helpful to my wife and I helping provide some guidance to us, even before we bought anything from her. We are very grateful to her for the help she gave us.
