I'm in ROFR for a biennial unit - not holding my breath :) Just want to double check when the points are available for use.

Its a biennial even. So first deeded usage is 2018. I'm OK with that. My understanding to the Hyatt system is that I get access to the points one year prior to my deeded week. So, if my first usage is, say, March 1, 2018 then I would get access to my points on March 1, 2017. I could then use those points to book my home week in March of 2018. But, could I also use the points to book December 2017? I think the answer is yes, but want to double check.

Read/researched enough to get the HRPP, CUP, and LCUP concepts, just trying to apply it to biennial.

Once you have access to your HRPP points you can book anything that is available internally.

You may have to pay your MF early to book a reservation in December 2017 as per your example.

Thanks! Paying early isn't as issues, as long as I can* :)

edit: * I meant "can book it" not "can pay it"

DAman is correct, As long as you pay your MF's you can book, use the points some where else
