Not my experience
Unfortunately, my experience is substantially different from the prior posters.
I would NOT recommend dealing with BKAssets at this point. I am in the process of having a Worldmark contract transferred to me and even though I explained what was required in order to combine to my existing account, they have refused to cooperate nor accept the corrected paperwork I asked Worldmark to generate, instead referring to "Wyndham's Legal Department" and "court orders" as the reason it has to be done as a new account, which will cost me an extra $299 fee to combine later.
After winning the auction, I asked for the paperwork, but all I got was an invoice that told me nothing. When I asked for a purchase agreement they said they did not use them, they were following "court orders". When I said I would provide them a PA so that I could specify what was listed in the ad, they basically indicated it didn't matter what was in the ad, they took no responsibility for its content, the status of credits, the status of back payments, etc. I would have ended things there except they did finally, a week later, send paperwork that showed what the status of the account was (confirming what was posted in the ad). However, they filed a "non-paying bidder" claim against me since I had refused to pay until the appropriate documentation was provided.
It was at the time I saw this documentation for the first time that I noticed they had ignored my original response requesting to combine with my existing account. When I followed up via email they refused, saying "they don't get involved with combining Worldmark accounts," even though I explained that all it requires is for Worldmark to create the paperwork that shows what the total new maintenance fee will be for the owner it's transferring to, and has nothing to do with their side of the sale, but they refused to participate. So I called Worldmark directly and told them and they said they would generate new paperwork and send it to the trustee.
Even after I did this, however, they must have called Worldmark and asked them to re-generate the paperwork the wrong one, to transfer to a new account again, rather than to my existing member account.
So they are, in my estimation, the worst combination possible - ignorant of the product their selling, inflexible, and non-responsive. Caveat Emptor.
