Considering purchasing a listing they have. Broker "sounds" pretty "honest", but one never knows......

Anyone share experiences with these folks??

I personally have never had any experience with SMTN but the TSs listed there tend to be way overpriced. Have you checked out similar units on other resale sites such as here on TUG, E-bay, Red Week, My Resort Network, or Craigslist?

As for the broker or closing agent, who will pay the closing fees? You or the seller? If you agreed to pay them, then you should be able to choose which broker you want. If so, many other TUGgers can recommend reliable closing agents.

thanks Lanny....

unit is a floater and offered for an EXCELLENT price; although Ive been around ts for a while, I didnt think about obtaining my own closer if Im paying closing fees. The seller is paying sellers fees (brokerage). What about "Timeshare Closing Services" for escrow??

ROFR was mentioned, but my quick search indicates that Starwood (Westin) isnt likely to excercise??? Am I wrong??
