If I remember right, $628 does not include the tax. The listing also mentioned

2014 Maintenance Fee» $FREE (Savings of $768.00)

So Maintenance Fee is probably more like $768. But even $768 is not too bad given the 74k free points.

Prolly didn't get bid on for two reasons:

1. 768 for 74k is OVER a penny per point (you can do better)

2. it messes up your Disney reservations to own at VVP.
