Hi there: we are currently in escrow, selling a unit at Waterside and we are using the law office of Maria Belbas Parker and her law clerk Angela Fulkert. Their price is very reasonable. You can google them for contact information and I've pm'd you Angela's email addy

Hi Barb,
I am in the process of giving away a Waterside unit and I believe the Attorney is the same one recommended by Spinnaker. I have not contacted them yet but I was wondering if you can give me an idea of all the cost associated with closing on a unit.
I believe the Admin fee also known as a transfer fee is $125.00 plus a $750.00 future Every Other Year use deposit. I was told if the unit is transferred by early Jan 2015 the deposit will be used for the maint fees due in Jan 2015. If the transfer is after the 2015 fees are due then the $750.00 deposit will be used for maint fees in 2017.
I believe the only other cost would be closing cost through an attorney. Did I miss anything. Also how long do you anticipate the process taking.
Do you know if the buyer would save any money if it is a Quit Claim Deed?
Thanks for any info you can provide
Bob
