This is a two bedroom, two bath summer week 25 at SBP in the plantation phase. With this week you can book your deeded week 24-12 months out with no other competition. At 12 months it floats anywhere in the gold plus season, weeks 9-43 and 47.
Maintenance fees are $956.05 for 2015. Those fees have been paid for 2015, and the week of July 11-18th is currently reserved. Usage will be begin in 2016, unless you would like to reimburse the 2015 MF.
Buyer is responsible for closing, and may use whatever company desired (I'd suggest LTT, or I could do it my self for about $30 - I've done two others at SBP).
