MF $383 a year (paid annually). Next usage is 2016, but I *believe* you can prepay MF and deposit weeks early.

Can use as 4 bedroom or split into 2, 2 bedrooms, each with kitchen.

Trades in II. The week is assigned for you to deposit, and we have always gotten 4th of July week to deposit. We've traded these units to 2 bedroom at Sands of Kahana Christmas and New Year weeks, Marriott Newport Coast Villas, and Marriott Kauai Beach Club.

We also get about 2-3 accommodation certificates each year with this, and have used those to head to the mountains in Colorado.

And I apologize for not having this information initially, but there is also a $250 resort transfer fee. So, approx $150 for LTT and $250 to Williamsburg Plantation, to be paid by the "buyer".
