Yeah they hate TUG around Mass.. plus with the guy just down the street with the big blowing guys and the video screen telling not to pay for developers its a tough sell around there.. But don't think for a min they care about if you cancel or not as there are 12 sheep right behind you to take your place..

They may try one last hard sell if you call to cancel but most time not..

Good thing you found tug.. i am suprized most resort have not tried to figure out a way to block tug.. :ignore:

anywho have you gotten something or still reading, learning, looking.. ?? welcome to the club. :cheer:

Whoops haven't been back to my original post to see this. I originally purchased a white week Luxury Woodstone @ Massanutten. I rescinded (just got the check last week). I bought one Woodstone Luxury (Week 32) from Sumday Vacations, one Casa de Campo (Week 26) from eBay, one Ocean City, MD (may not keep this one) and am looking at others around Fort Myers and Orlando FL. I've got little ones and many family members. So, if I can't rent out the one (Week 26). I'll share it with family or bank it for use elsewhere. I figure I can get a good dozen years of family trips before it becomes Me and the Mrs. and I have to downsize on locations. Unless, there is an economical way to bank all of those weeks until I retire from my main job.

Whatever the case, the money I'll spend on MFs over the next decade won't equal what I would have spent on the original property. I have been telling all my friends about this site.
