problems getting into HGVC online

I am having issues getting the HGVClub site to actually login. Is anyone else having this issue?

It finally let me in but it took 5 minutes.

Perhaps their IT-geeks tried to make "improvements."

Everytime one of their ilk upgrades something in my office, the system
turns buggy and needs work to fix what wasn't broken. Its a racket.

Is anyone having problems actually making the reservations online? I've been trying and it keeps demanding my email address, yet won't let me type it in!

I suppose I could call but they charge more for a phone reservation, don't they? Hoping it's but a temporary glitch.

I have been trying to log into my HGVC and Hilton Club websites... no luck. Anyone talk with the HGVC people on the phone?

I've been trying to log in off and on all day. No luck.

Coincidentally, I was trying to log in so I could see my points while talking to a club counsellor. No problem - couldn't get through on the phone, either. Phone kept disconnecting. Then I finally got onto hold, but gave up after 15 minutes.

Something's very wrong with their operations right now. Hope they figure it out soon.
