i used mystarcentral to book a short stay for next week at SDO. when i went to confirm, it said i had to call the SVO phone line because the unit was on wait list. so then i booked at WKV and the same message came up,BUT they deducted my staroptions from my account for both units. no one is there now and on my e-mail account it says i was confirmed for both reservations. i will call first thing in the morning but i do not want one of these reservations to be put on restriction because of their mistake. will let you know what happens in the AM.
