Hi
I have the opportunity to basically take over an April 1b/1b (pay the 75 transfer fee) but it is a blue week at
Peppertree at Tamarack- the MF are low (430 or something) but it is blue -

is it even worth it to do that - I am not sure how I would get rid of it if I find out the trading power is terrible as I have heard you can't even donate it.

I would use it some years but is it even worth depositing? If I don't deposit 2 years ahead of time would I be able to rent it? It is spring break for some.

any help from other owners would be much apprecaited!

Lynn

I have a summer week there that does well as a trader and is easy to rent. I'm not sure I'd take this one though. The good news about the Dells is that, with the indoor water parks, etc., it's not a terrible place to visit offseason. But, I can't say how much demand there would be.

It is dual-affiliated, so if you don't already have access to II, this would be the way to do it.
