[2007] Timeshare Resale Vacations

Has anyone bought a timeshare from this company? They are located in Wind Gap, PA. They have a TS that I want at a decent price, but I want to make sure I'm dealing with a reputable company. Thanks for any info you can give me.

I haven't heard of them, but if you're worried about it, just use a 3rd party escrow company that YOU choose, and have a sales agreement that outlines what the terms/conditions are. Preferably not one that is one-sided.

Have you checked with the Better Business Bureau in the area?

You might also call the resort and ask for the person or department that handles the recording of weeks that have been purchased on the resale market. See if they have any complaints (or good things to say) about the company.

Didn't see this before. I've purchased two time shares from this company and they were handled very well. No problems. The closing was completed without any problems. All pertinent papers (deed, transfer papers, etc) were all received in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to buy another TS from this group.
