What would be a good price for either an Oceanfront or Oceanside Platinum unit at OceanWatch.

I thought there may be fixed 4th of July weeks as well. If so, are the 4th of July units difficult to find? I can be patient since our first use would be 2017.

I am interested in this as well. Also, any insight on what units are OF vs OV will be appreciated.
