Anyone heard of Timeshare Specialists on Ebay?

Hi,

Looking to purchase on resale Market. Noticed Timeshare Specialists on Ebay. They have over 1000 transactions, but not sure if that was specific to timeshares. Looked them up on their website timesharespecialists.com; it looks like the parent company, Resort Closing Inc, was a BBB member since 2004. (If I'm reading it right)

Anyone have any input on if this is a reputable resale dealer? (No, Sumday vacations on ebay didn't have what I was looking for. I know they are the most reputable company based on TUG feedback. :) )

ALSO, do most timeshare sellers on Ebay provide an Estoppel letter upon request?

Thanks

Hi, search this forum for "Timesharepro". Same guy, John Kushman. People here have had fair dealings with him, and I just entered a purchase with him.

Send him an email. He is responsive. Any legitimate seller will obtain an estoppel for you,, though they may insist it is after you win the bid, as it costs them money in many cases.

And remember, winning the bid on an ebay timeshare auction does not OBLIGATE you to see the transaction through. If you don't feel right about it once you see all the information, cancel with them. The worst that happens if it's a jerk seller is they report you to ebay as a "nonpayer" so they can get a free relist, and you have to talk to an ebay rep to get that report cleared from your account.

It is always Better of u find it yourself and cheaper before u buy know what u are buying and what u can do with it for instance of u want to be part of Wyndham buy from them u cannot use them to build a working position with Wyndham unless you buy from them unless all u want is to take one vacation per year and make sure it is somewhere u wish to go every year

Sir, I don't know what your axe is, but what you are spewing in barely intelligible terms is completely inaccurate and misguided.

Do u sell timeshares? Is that why I'm full of it?

No, you seem not to understand resale, or Wyndham, at all. Your posts come off as though you are angry at the system for some reason. And I don't sell timeshare, I buy timeshare. :)

Hello,

I am John Kushman, co-owner of Resort Closings and Timeshare Specialists. We can provide an estoppel during the auction, no problem.

If you have any questions please feel free to PM or give me a call. My number is posted on the listings.

Thanks,
John
