New HGVC in Myrtle Beach, SC

My wife and I are visiting the Anderson Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach this weekend, it's a new Hilton timeshare. Is anyone familiar with this place? We have to sit through a two hour sales pitch.

Please report back what they claim and what you actually see in any improvements.

I'm particularly interested in whether there are any upgrades to the outdoor area and pools... the Anderson pool area looks a little sad in their advertising, so I'm hoping for better...

Why do you have to sit thru the presentation? Did you go on a promotional tour that included nights stay or are you there on your dime and just signing up for a tour?
