The timeshare is owned free and clear (no remaining loan).

Fixed week 4:
• 2016: January 23-29 (great time for skiing!)

Maintenance Fee: 2015 MF has been paid: $440. Would be willing to pay 2016 maintenance fees.

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2016.

This resort is a gold crown resort, which means it has the highest trading power.
