Here are the details:

- It is a 2 BR, 2 Bath Super Loft unit that sleeps 6 folks privately
- It is directly across the road from the Loon Mountain Ski Resort and the timeshare facility offers free shuttle buses between the resort and that ski area. Loon Mountain is a great resort!
- It is with easy driving distance to several other White Mountain ski resorts like: Cannon, Bretton Woods, Attitash, Wild Cat and Waterville Valley
- The Winter Float week units:
-- run from Saturday to Saturday
-- beginning any Saturday after December 17th and for the next 13 Saturdays (which is mid March) EXCEPT for Christmas (week 51) and President's Day (week 7) weeks
--owner must reserve a specific winter float week each year (can be done up to two years in advance)
--the specific unit will vary, but will always be a 2 BR, 2 Bath super loft sleeping 6
- The annual maintenance fee for the unit is $742
- The resort is run by Vacation Resorts International (VRI) which is a timeshare exchange club. The resort is also eligible for RCI Memberships.

More accurately, Vacation Resorts International (VRI) is a timeshare property management company, owned by corporate parent Interval Leisure Group. In my experience, VRI is very good at what they do. VRI currently manages about 125 timeshare properties, most (but not all) located in the U.S. with many of them in Florida.

VRI does have a (relatively small) internal exchange program called VRI*ety, which is actually run behind the scenes by Trading Places International and which is available for use by interval owners at VRI-managed timeshare properties, but that small, sideline VRI*ety "internal exchange" program is certainly not VRI's primary role or function.
